Thomas & Melissa Skrodzki

Tom & Mellisa together own and operate Prime Home Services Group, Inc. They originally formed the company in 1998 as a home inspection company under the name American Home Inspect, in 2002 they added a pest control division and started operating under the name 1st Call Home Services, 2012 brought on more services with Radon Mitigation and Duct Cleaning, 2014 Mold Remediation and Odor Control and in January 2018 was a year of Re Branding and incorporating under the name Prime Home Services Group, Inc. Made up of 4 divisions, Prime Radon Solutions, Prime Mold Solutions, Prime Pest Control, Prime Home Inspections. Together Tom & Melissa have 10 children (7 boys and 3 girls) as well as 3 grand children. The family enjoys spending the summer camping and going to the beach as well as traveling whenever given the chance.
